Current Focus: Education & Economic Resilience
READO is currently managing high-impact projects like the OSCEP (Out-of-School Children Education Program) valued at over 43 Million BDT, partnering with the World Bank and UNICEF. Simultaneously, the Vulnerable Women Benefit Program is providing critical food security to thousands of women in Sylhet.

1987–1998: The Foundation
Nasir Uddin Ahmed begins his career, serving as District Coordinator for the Bureau of Non-Formal Education (1993–1998) and gaining critical experience in grassroots development administration.

1999: Birth of READO
Established on July 1st in Sylhet by a group of committed volunteers. Initially focused on agriculture and cultural awareness.

2000–2008: Institutionalization
Registered with Dept. of Social Services (2000), NGO Affairs Bureau (2003), and Dept. of Youth Development (2008). Evolved into a structured NGO capable of managing national grants.

Present Day: Scaling Impact
Managing large-scale projects like OSCEP (BDT 43m) and partnering with World Bank/UNICEF. READO now operates across multiple sectors in northeastern Bangladesh.
